Enterprise Expands in Brazil, Panama and Aruba.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car has opened 25 new locations in Brazil as well as its first locations in Panama and Aruba. The new Brazil branches give Enterprise a total of 77 locations in the country, which Enterprise first entered in 2019.
The Panama branch is at Panama City’s Tocumen International Airport, which the company noted is a “key destination for many business travelers,” and the Aruba branch is at Oranjestad’s Queen Beatrix International Airport. Enterprise sister brands National and Alamo both already have locations in Panama and Aruba.

Panama Resumes International Flights Nearly Seven Months After Imposing COVID-19 Restrictions.
International flights are arriving and departing Panama’s Tocumen airport again after nearly seven months of restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Monday’s restart of flight operations is part of a gradual nationwide reopening of businesses and industry which began in June.
Initially, seven international airlines are expected to operate, with four others set to resume operations later this week.

Panama Reopens: Here’s How To Do It Right.
Panama reopened to international travel on October 12, after closing its borders in March due to the pandemic. President Cortizo Cohen called October 12 a day of hope for all Panamanians. Want to plan a Panama vacation?
Panama took its time to reopen, wanting to make sure Covid procedures were first well in place in order to protect both Panamanians and visitors. Panama’s tourism safety measures include the requirement for a negative PCR or antigen test taken no more than 48 hours before arrival. Rapid tests are also available on arrival at Panama’s main airport at a cost of $50 US.
